  • We ship our bread products within the U.S. only.

  • Shipping times and costs vary based on location and order size. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at info@bakehousebreadcompany.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
